If you made a mistake in the billing/shipping address details provided on your order or just want to make a change, please reach out to us immediately (if you haven't emailed us already, submit a help ticket here). Include the following:
- Order Number
- Full name associated with the order
- Email Address associated with the order
- The correct billing/shipping address
We'll do our absolute best to make the change before the order ships! If the order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
